Aurelien Bouteiller

Biography
Dr. Aurelien Bouteiller is a PMTS software engineer at AMD, focusing on improving performance and reliability of HPC and AI programming model; enhance GPU support in communication libraries, middleware and framework; mechanisms to improve communication speed and balance of many-core clusters; and emerging dataflow programming models. He is a core developer of the rocSHMEM GPU initiated communication library and a long-time contributor to Open MPI. He is Co-Chairman of the Administrative Steering Committee for the PMIx Standard organization and leads the Error Handling Working Group in the MPI Forum. He received a PhD from the University of Paris.
