Ben Schwaller
Biography
Benjamin Schwaller is an Computer Systems researcher at Sandia National Laboratories. His current work is in analysis and visualization of terabytes of HPC monitoring data to diagnose performance variation in HPC applications, alert users and system administrators to HPC issues, and make HPC clusters run more efficiently. He also is the co-lead on the Tri-lab Monitoring, Metrics, and Analysis Integration group and develops network analyses for cybersecurity applications. He worked for three years within the Space, High-performance, and Resilient Computing (SHREC) Center at the University of Pittsburgh where he obtained his Master's degree in 2018. His other interests include network analysis, HPC application development, and HPC monitoring.
