Biography
Xinyao Yi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Virginia. Her research focuses on high-performance computing, with an emphasis on performance optimization and analysis, benchmarking, and compiler development. She has extensive experience in parallel computing frameworks such as CUDA, MPI, OpenMP, and OpenACC, and has contributed to projects involving GPU offloading benchmarks, compiler transformations, and performance optimization using NLP.
