Kenneth O'Brien is a senior member of technical staff at AMD Research and Advanced Development. He has worked in the areas of reduced precision machine learning, bioinformatics, and performance modelling on heterogeneous systems. He is currently researching network acceleration for AI/HPC workloads. He holds a PhD in computer science from University College Dublin.
