Biography
Gary Skouson is an HPC systems guy at the Institute for Computational and Data Sciences at Penn State University. He has been working to specify, install and operate HPC systems for more than 20 years. Gary has a wide range of experience with different interconnects and large storage system, multiple batch scheduling systems and multiple deployment methods for large-scale systems.

Gary enjoys a good challenge as much as the next HPC engineer, but wishes that they happened at more convenient and predictable times.
