Biography
Dr. Purushotham V. Bangalore is a James R. Cudworth Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Alabama. Dr. Bangalore’s current research work focuses on designing higher-level abstractions to support parallel programs for heterogeneous architectures and next-generation High Performance Computing (HPC) platforms emphasizing predictive performance and portability.
