Biography
Dr. Dong Dai is an Assistant Professor at the Computer Science Department of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has previously worked as a Research Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University and as a PostDoc Researcher at Texas Tech University and Argonne National Lab. Dr. Dai earned his Doctoral degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). Dr. Dong Dai's research interests revolve around developing intelligent infrastructure for high-performance data-intensive systems. Specifically, his research areas include parallel file systems, metadata management, graph storage, scheduling, and machine learning frameworks.
