I specialize in performing I/O characterizations for High-Performance Computing (HPC) applications, coupled with practical expertise in deploying and benchmarking parallel and distributed storage systems. At present, my central project revolves around modeling and accelerating HPC workloads utilizing HDF5. My specific skills encompass characterizing, modeling, and optimizing the performance of contemporary HPC scientific workflows, thereby contributing to an enhanced understanding of data access patterns and data analytics within the HPC scientific workflow domain.
