Biography
Recent PhD graduate working with Dr. Sunita Chandrasekaran at the University of Delaware. Research in Compilers for Heterogeneous Systems and High Performance Computing Programming Models. Started research as an undergraduate, working on accelerating Computational Biology applications with GPUs as a collaboration with my university's Department of Chemistry. Now work with the National Center of Atmospheric Research (NCAR) on porting Solar Physics codes to multi-node multi-GPU systems using OpenACC and MPI, and improvements to the LLVM compiler infrastructure for OpenMP/GPU programming.
